Junior Programs

These Saturday classes are for beginner and intermediate juniors who are ages 5-14 and looking to tune up their game before summer. These sessions include four 55 minutes classes of instruction at the Golf Academy.

These Saturday classes are for beginner and intermediate juniors who are ages 5-14 and looking to tune up their game before summer. These sessions include one hour per week of instruction and one hour per week of league play on The Mac Nine par three course.

Class size is maximum 16. Cost is $199.

This after school class is for beginner and intermediate juniors who are ages 7-14 and looking to tune up their game before summer. These sessions include one hour per week of instruction at the Golf Academy (Tuesdays) and one hour per week of league play on The Mac Nine par three course (Thursdays).

Class size is maximum 16. Cost is $199.

These spring classes are for the more serious junior looking to tune up their game before summer. These sessions include 90 minute classes of instruction at the Golf Academy.

Class size is maximum 6. Cost is $250.

Divots is the first class in the Rush Creek Junior Golf Program series and is made up of three 45 minute classes. It is designed for youngsters with little or no golf experience. What makes Divots unique is parent involvement. Parents (or another responsible adult) MUST attend each class with their child. Parents are expected to stay with their child to help with safety and organization. However, this also gives each parent the chance to learn how to teach their child. Class content will include very basic skills such as putting and driving. We will also include some coordination exercises like jumping and running.

Class size is maximum 10. Cost is $90.

These 4 day camps are for juniors who are ages 5-14 and looking to get involved with golf as beginners or intermediate players. These camps will help junior golfers improve on full swing fundamentals, putting, chipping, etiquette and rules. This program is intended to be a fun learning environment for junior golfers to improve in all areas of the game.

Class size is maximum 16. Cost is $150.

These classes are for players of all ages and abilities. Please choose a program based on age range and kids will be grouped according to skill. These sessions are strictly instructional and do not include any league play on The Mac Nine par three course.

Friday Series (Age 5-14)

These Friday classes are for juniors who are ages 5-14 and looking to get involved with golf as beginners or intermediate players. These classes will help junior golfers improve on full swing fundamentals, putting, chipping, etiquette and rules. This program is intended to be a fun learning environment for junior golfers to improve in all areas of the game. This class does NOT include any play on the Mac Nine par three course.

The Rookies class is designed for young children with or without previous golf experience. Basic rules and etiquette will be introduced with special attention given to safety and following directions. Golf skills learned include putting, driving and short game. They will also learn how to play on teams and share. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course.

Cost is $199.

The Bogey class includes similar content to the Rookies class. However, more importance will be devoted to etiquette and fairness and more detailed instruction will be given. Bogey classes will also learn how to pitch and hit sand shots, along with putting, driving, and chipping. The proper grip will be reinforced along with learning the idea of par. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at the Mac Nine par three course. If you are looking to sign up for Bogey and the classes are FULL, we recommend signing up for Rookies or Par.

Cost is $199.

The Par class will expand upon what was learned in the Bogey classes. It begins with an explanation of the word “par” and the idea of “personal par”. Full swing, short game and putting will also be taught. Golfers will be challenged to think of ways that they can set a “personal par” outside of golf. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course.

Cost is $225.

The Birdie class will continue to review material from the previous levels. Along with this, Birdie students will learn about goal setting and pre-shot routine. They will also be introduced to video analysis and course strategy. We will also plan to teach score-keeping and track scores to show improvement. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course.

Cost is $250.

In addition to the dates listed below, optional play dates will be available to these junior golfers on the Championship Course at 6pm. Session 1 dates are June 15, June 22, June 29, July 13, July 20. Session 2 dates are July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10, Aug 17, Aug 24. These playing opportunities will be minimally supervised and your child should know golf etiquette and proper play in order to participate.

The Junior Aces class is for golfers at this age level looking to play competitive golf in the future. Kids in this class should have the desire to improve their game with the hope of future competitive play.

Instruction will include activities to mold exceptional athletic golfers capable of excelling in golf. This class includes two hours per week of instruction and one day of league play. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course.

Cost is $275.

In addition to the dates listed below, optional play dates will be available to these junior golfers on the Championship Course at 6pm. Session 1 dates are June 15, June 22, June 29, July 13, July 20. Session 2 dates are July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10, Aug 17, Aug 24. These playing opportunities will be minimally supervised and your child should know golf etiquette and proper play in order to participate.

Kids in this class should already possess solid fundamentals and have the desire to improve their game with the hope of future competitive play. This is a class that will be lead by Director of Instruction, Aaron Jacobson. Instruction will include activities to mold exceptional athletic golfers capable of excelling in golf at the high school level and beyond. Video analysis will be used. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course. If you are looking to sign up for Future Pros and the classes are FULL, we recommend signing up for Junior Aces.

Cost is $299.

Session 1 dates are June 15, June 22, June 29, July 13, July 20. Session 2 dates are July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10, Aug 17, Aug 24. These playing opportunities will be minimally supervised and your child should know golf etiquette and proper play in order to participate.

Eagle League students will learn about how to practice smart, prepare for competition and manage time effectively. Increasing amounts of individual attention will be provided to Eagle League students as well. An emphasis will be placed on goal setting. Statistics will be kept to spot weaknesses and evaluate improvements. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course.

Cost is $250.

In addition to the dates listed below, optional play dates will be available to these junior golfers on the Championship Course at 6pm. Session 1 dates are June 15, June 22, June 29, July 13, July 20. Session 2 dates are July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10, Aug 17, Aug 24. These playing opportunities will be minimally supervised and your child should know golf etiquette and proper play in order to participate.

The goal of the Tournament Readiness class is to prepare junior golfers for competitive summer tournaments, junior high, high school or college golf teams. Fitness, mental game, swing mechanics, shot shaping, course management, goal setting and practicing smart will be addressed. Statistics will be kept to spot weaknesses and evaluate improvements. Class dates are held at the Academy. League dates consist of play at The Mac Nine par three course.

Cost is $275.

In addition to the dates listed below, optional play dates will be available to these junior golfers on the Championship Course at 6pm. Session 1 dates are June 15, June 22, June 29, July 13, July 20. Session 2 dates are July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10, Aug 17, Aug 24. These playing opportunities will be minimally supervised and your child should know golf etiquette and proper play in order to participate.

Class size is maximum 16. Cost is $199.

This class is for beginner and intermediate juniors who are ages 7-14 and looking to continue what they learned summer or are new to the game. Instruction takes place at our indoor Golf Academy building with simulators and putting area.

Class size 4. Cost is $180.
